房间很干净，房间东西很齐全，房东很热情，回消息非常快，令人感到很舒适，地理位置很好，离车站非常近。房间比照片看起来更好看

Kim was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern and a great base whilst staying in Nice. The old town was walkable and there are lots of amenities just round the corner! A lovely experience!

The property matched the description, and the check-in instructions from Kim were very clear. Parking was a big bonus. Kim was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay better. I would recommend this bnb!

Appartement bien décoré avec tout l’essentiel et situé à 15’ du port de Nice, plusieurs supermarchés, restaurants et transports à proximité. Le parking privé est un vrai plus pour s’aventurer autour de Nice et éviter le stess pour trouver une place. Kim est très réactive et réponds rapidement à nos messages. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour découvrir Nice et ses environs. Encore merci Kim !

Great stay! Kim was very communicative and gave great instructions. The space is super comfortable! Everything was very clean, well decorated, and the heating/AC system worked very well. Loved the balcony. Good location. Would stay again!
