We brought our family to Spello to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Part of the family stayed at Andrea's place and the pool was wonderful gathering spot for our family. The family really enjoyed it after a warm day of exploring. His home is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Andrea was a wonderful host and we can't thank him enough for sharing his home with our family. Everyone had a wonderful time!!!

Andrea’s place is great. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a big hit with our family and were a perfect end to the day after touring through Umbria. Spello is a beautiful little town that made for a perfect home base, only wish we had more time to just hangout in town. Andrea was very responsive throughout our stay.

It is a lovely house in a beautiful location. It accommodated 5 & infant well,except for the small communal living space. It wasn’t warm enough to use the pool( unheated) but the hot tub and sauna were enjoyed. Andrea arranged for us to have a dinner at the house by a lovely local chef. Be aware that the car park is a substantial hilly walk away. Unfortunately Andrea didn’t sync his calendar so we had to leave a day earlier than had been agreed upon. Andrea offered to find us another place for 1 night..which made no sense for us. He was always very quick to respond to questions.

This Spello property was everything I hoped it would be. Larger than I expected, and more private. The Norberto paintings made the visit like living in a museum for a month. Parking down the hill seemed a hassle but was not. It meant exercise every day, and there is a supermarket in town with everything we needed. A wonderful stay!
