We had a great stay at Emmanouil’s place. In the apartment everything is new with a good kitchen dining area, large fridge and decent hob/oven. The bedrooms are very modern - the master bedroom has a balcony with a nice view over the pool. Nice air con in the bedrooms. The swimming pool is a good size and great for kids to play in and there is also a little play park for kids on the premises. The parents were welcoming on our arrival and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely recommend Emmanouil’s place. The location is 15 minutes from Rethymno, an hour from Chania airport and 45 minutes to the south coast. Our favourite beach was Kayalvika, near Georgopolis. Lake Kournas was a great trip as well.

Apartment: sehr neu, alles tiptop, gute Küche mit modernem Kochfeld, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. (Keine Spülmaschine.) Super, dass das Apartment Rollläden und Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad hat. Sehr schöner Balkon zum draußen essen. Ebenso schöner, einfacher Pool. Alles wird von den Vermietern liebevoll gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten. Hoher Standard. Über die Treppe hoch zum Apartment 3 müssen auch die Nebenmieter. So trifft man auch mal zufällig andere Leute beim Essen :-) Umgebung: das Haus liegt an der Straße nach Episkopi und das hört man. Nicht sehr viel befahren, aber eben nicht "ruhig". Ansonsten gibt's außen herum nichts in Fußweg Reichweite. Gehwege gibt es auch nicht. Aber man ist in 3 min mit dem auto unten am Strand, riesengroß und sehr verlaufen, wunderschön. Tankstelle und Lebensmittel 5 min per Auto entfernt. Ebenso die ersten Tavernen. Für Entdeckungen in Mittel/Westkreta war der Standort sehr gut. Rhethymno downtown in 20 min erreichbar.

Great place! Emmanouil and his mother was so kind and welcoming. the room was clean and equipped with all we could ask. the pool is great for kids.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était conforme à la description et nous avons été accueilli avec une très bonne bouteille de vin, des biscuits sucrés et salés. Cela représente parfaitement la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Nous avons été très touchées pas la gentillesse et les gentilles attentions d’Hanna, la maman de l’hôte. La route est passante mais l’appartement et bien isolé et une fois les fenêtres fermées on peut tranquillement dormir dans une excellente literie confortable. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison ! Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour :-)

Emmamoul's place was lovely and absolutely clean. We happened to be there in the time of olive harvest and got a bottle of olive oil as a present. Special thanks goes to Emmanuel parents. We had a very warm welcome.
