everything with this place was amazing and beautiful we were a group of 26 people and although we had a lot of people there was room for everyone and beds to sleep there was no shortage and kitchen and bathrooms during the whole trip the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The only thing that might be considered as a negative part was the fact that warm water was oddly not accessible but that was a communication problem on our part and after we told the host they were really helpful and quick to provide us with that. This was an amazing trip to Crete and Kavros that was made for my friends and i with the help of the host and their beautiful villa. :))

We had a wonderful family reunion w/ 18 people. The house was perfect and easily accommodated all of us. The 7 separate apartments gave us privacy for groups and the large common area by the pool had everything we needed to prepare meals for all of us: (range, oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, BBQ). When we didn't want to cook, it was a very short walk to a multitude of local restaurants and cafes. The ocean is also just a block past the main road. Our hosts were wonderful! There was food, fruit, wine and water when we arrived and one morning in the middle of our stay, they came with pastries and cleaned the units! They were always friendly and accessible if we had a question. We would love to stay at this house again for our next reunion.

I was there for three days for my birthday with 10 of my family members and friends. We had the most wonderful time. Everthing was perfect. The House looked like in the pictures. We had a lot of space for everyone. Everything was super clean, we had enough space to chill together at the pool or make a BBQ. There was everything what we needed and like described. The communication with the Host was always very fast and friendly. They helped with everything we asked. There were a lot of delicious restaurants nearby and the sea was also a 5 min walk away. There are also enough supermarkets and a butcher just a few minutes (by foot) away. everything was just perfect an there is nothing, which I could improve. If you are looking for a place where you can have a good time for a lot of people with enough space (every couple has his own bathroom), which is quiet, if you want to relax on daybeds in the sun and enjoy the greek cuisine it‘s the perfect location.

The villa consists of apartments, up to four beds each, two bedrooms with a nice living/kitchen and bathroom each apartment. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The beach is across the E65 road, about 500 meters from the villa. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. And the host was very helpful. Best value money can buy!
