The place is spacious (beds/rooms) and a nice swimming pool as described. We had a nice time with the family but the experience was not nice for a few reasons. The owner/staff is apparently living in a small room in the garden/airbnb complex. That is something that really broke our sense of privacy. You can hear and see the person being around, and often coming in the swimming pool / garden area unannounced. He was complaining to us daily about our kids using the swimming pool and that he had to clean the pool filters. Another time he came in the morning to wash the garden and some of our belongings (shoes, clothes) were wet. On top of that when a button from the dishwasher was malfunctioning he suggested we pay for the service and the spare part replacement. Also, it’s important to know that there are a few bars with live music during the night.

Myself and 15 friends stayed in this villa for a week and found everything we needed and wanted. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to give advice when we asked. The villa was clean and spacious - the pool and surrounding area was kept very clean by daily visits in the very early morning. The location is also great, with a great variety shops and restaurants within a very very short walk. All together, we couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough and we are very grateful for the amazing week we spent in Kavros! Thank you!

We are thankful for the stay at the house, very nice host and good communication. Good location, you can walk to anything you need, not a luxury area with shops and so on, but still fine. Easy walk to beach, but just annoying that you have to pass a main road with many cars, and they drive crazy down here. The house was fine, good air conditioning, but it needed allot of standard things, that you need, but host was good with helping and getting equipment, but the apartments nearly had nothing for kitchen and so on. The beds was very bad, they had no madras’s, they should fix that, not good enough, everyone struggled with sleeping on them. The host was very nice, but he lived in the house next to us, and when he was out sitting in his back yard, he was literally sitting right next to us, just with a thin wood wall between us and him, so we could easily hear him, which is a little random, they should make a bigger wall.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet ensemble de 5 appartements avec un groupe de 12 personnes (dont 5 couples). Chacun avait sa chambre et son intimité. Les points forts: la piscine privée, le grand bbq, la proximité de la plage (5min), l'accueil et les conseils visite de Maria, la clim dans chaque chambre A améliorer: les lits ne sont pas très confortable

This is a well equipped villa and has 5 separate units, each with its own kitchen and living area, and all with airconditioning which was great given the heat. The villa was perfect for our large family group of 11 with children, as it allowed for communal living but also for relaxed times apart. The pool is great and the ocean is 5 minutes walk away, and the local supermarket 2 minutes away, so its very conveniently located. The manager of the property quickly responded to questions and ensured that everything was in good order, as did the owner who is easily available when needed. Highly recommended!
