There is also a supermarket in Milnthorpe which is less than a 10 minute drive away. A park with children’s play area is located across the road along with tennis courts that can be booked. It is also very close to Arnside Knott. It is located on the southern side of the Kent estuary with its own sea front promenade and pier. It is a year-round location offering lots of opportunities for walking, cycling, sailing/paddle boarding and fishing. One of the routes to the famous Arnside Knott is within 2 minutes of the property or should you prefer a coastal walk when the tide is out you can walk along the coast to the village of Silverdale which is roughly 5 miles.
