Jessica was an excellent host. She was watching over us the whole time. She is clear about the business and she knows how to keep her guests comfortable.

We stayed one month at Jessica's place with a small child and small dog, and we all settled in comfortably. We definitely recommend it! It was very clean, well stocked with the essentials, had fast internet, and had an informative Welcome Guide. The other duplex unit is downstairs, with a private entrance. So many thoughtful little things (kid's dishes, highchair, basic medicines, dog treats and bowls, etc.) – too many to list here! Jessica (and her partner) were quick to reply, kind, generous, and helpful in addressing any issues or questions. They were very accommodating with our check-in and got a crib mattress and sheets for us to use as a child floor bed. The neighborhood was walkable and 2 blocks from a large trail, open park, and playground. The house is on a 30mph busy street, so we were careful with our dog and child in the front yard. The library was ~1 mile away and had a wonderful kid area with many toys, activities, and books, separated from the rest of the library.

Jessica's place was perfect for our transition as we waited for our new home to be ready for us to move into. She helped me out with my packing list by encouraging me to send her a list of things we wondered if she had there - so we could let the movers take them instead. When there was an issue with the washer, she had her handyman come and replace it. Her laminated instructions/guide book was awesome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the soaking tub was essential after days of moving, and the view from the porch watching the sun rise (and the moon rise) were stunning. Highly recommend Jessica as a host and this property!

Jessica is exceptionally responsive when I contacted her. I stayed 8 weeks and she always replied to my texts quickly. The location was perfect for me. There is a very nice city park at the end of the street with a walking/biking trail, picnic tables, and a rec center. The duplex entrances are on different sides of the property so I rarely saw the other renters. Being a duplex you can occasionally hear the other renters, but this should be expected for a duplex. For a long term stay this property worked well for me.

Extremely thoughtful host. Ms. Jessica was always quick to respond and help in any fashion. As we were moving to Colorado with limited items, this home was outfitted with virtually anything that was needed (we stayed for a month). Would definitely stay again!
