We had a great stay here! The apartment is well equipped, clean and quiet. Shower is big and pressure is great! Really good location and easy to get around. Host was super responsive and met us on arrival even though we checked in around 4am due to our flight into Hanoi. Was always quick to reply to my messages and extremely helpful😄 Would definitely stay here again!

Had to check-in really late and host was very responsive till wee hours. Bathroom and space was clean.

Great stay thanks to the helpful host! Good restaurants just downstairs. Highly recommended esp when you want to enjoy the weekend night market. Note that there’s no elevator.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Nice and clean room in the heart of old quarter. Keep in mind that it’s in the most touristic part of Hanoi so it might be a little noisy at night. Otherwise perfect

Khanh was an amazing host throughout. His impeccable customer service started even before we checked in - he was clear in his explanations, sent a guide for Old Quarter and patiently answered all the questions I had. When we arrived, he carried our bags to our room as well. We travelled out of Hanoi for two days and when we returned, he accommodated a late check-in and had even carried our bags to our room and turned on the air-conditioning so that we returned to a cool and comfortable room after a long trip. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Khanh, we had the best stay at Hanoi thanks to you! 😊
