The upstairs apartment is an open, loft-style space, furnished with a comfortable blend of vintage and modern. It is well-suited for a couple or family. It can comfortably sleep 6 people, as long as you don't mind sharing a bedroom. The front bedroom has a full size bed and a twin daybed and the back bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a private 3/4 bathroom. A small third bedroom is outfitted with a twin bed. The well-appointed kitchen has a gas stove/convection oven, dishwasher and full-size fridge and is stocked with basic cookware and essentials for those who would rather cook at home. The open living area is set up for relaxing and chatting, with a large-screen smart tv, electric piano, books and games. Located right downtown, it's an easy walk to the beach, and there is public parking with EV charging right next door. Please note: This is a vibrant neighborhood with several bars and restaurants. It can be noisy especially in the summer. It is also a second-floor entrance, accessed from a private stairway. There is no elevator.
