This apartment epitomizes the Vieux Carre with its Bourbon Street balcony and elegant antique furnishings. Beautifully appointed with canopy beds, fine linens and upholstery and the necessities needed to spend time in the Crescent City. Gorgeous, fully stocked updated kitchen, beautiful bathroom. Great closet space for stowing away the luggage. The balcony is where we spent much of our time: morning coffee, working on our laptops during the day; cocktails at night. This is on the quieter side of Bourbon Street but there is always something going on - people strolling by, live music played on the sidewalk or drifting from the open door at LaFitte's in Exile. While there is no living room, per se, in extremely hot weather when one can't use the porch, the rear bedroom doubles as a sitting room. The wifi was a bit wonky, but who wants to work while visiting NOLA? Laissez les bon temps roulez!

Gorgeous flat in the perfect location for exploring the French Quarter! The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything you need. The balcony out front and little courtyard in the back were great spots to relax.

Mark was a spectacular superhost!!! I have reserved AirBNBs for work functions; this is my first time as a guest and for leisure. Mark and his team were welcoming and responded within minutes. We had a slight hiccup with the toilet flush. They sent the handyman over within minutes. Gorgeous location with a balcony that made our nights. Next visit to NOLA I will definitely stay in one of his properties!

We loved staying at Mark's place which is right in the heart of beautiful French quarter in NOLA and 10 mins walking distance to all the main sites, it has a beautiful courtyard which we could enjoy your brunch in peace and tranquility. We booked it without knowing its the week of Easter Parade so we had the opportunity to witness the amazing parade from above avoiding crowds. The Apartment is decorated with antique furniture which are gorgeous and comfortable. Mark prepared this in-depth recommendation list which was so helpful, we tried all top recommendations, they were excellent! Joshua & Tylor were very proactive in their communication despite there was occasional WIFI outage in the French quarter. One thing I would mention is the noise level for one of the rooms facing Bourbon Street. Its a Jazz town, so there will be musician basking until late, so if you are a quiet sleeper, pick the room facing inside or bring earplugs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
