Lora's place was as described, nice and cozy. The sauna in the building was great, although you have to go find security to unlock the room and wait for the sauna to heat up. I was there in winter and even with the heating on I still had to wear a hoodie and thick socks inside. You are right next to Razlog which has some decent food places.

The studio is well maintained and designed. The view is magnificent. The only thing about the studio was that the heating was not enough for the place. The only serious comment I have to make is with the communication we had with the host and we were treated with not such a great behaviour in my opinion. However after we could a solution we checked in a day after and the studio is a great option.

When we booked Lora’s place, she welcomed us and described everything in detail which was really helpful and useful for when we were checking in. The place was nice and cozy but we couldn’t lock the door from the inside, which meant that we couldn’t sleep peacefully. Also, there was quite a bit of dust in places. If the door is fixed and the place is more thoroughly cleaned, I would definitely recommend!

Great deal for the area. Lora's place was clean and cozy. The surroundings are beautiful and is really peaceful. She was very responsive. Security staff was really nice we arrive late and he even walked us to the room. We didn't have issues during the stay, the complex was almost empty as we went a little off season. Used the game room which is quite nice if you want to stay near and have fun if you are travelling with friends. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great and Lora helped us a lot and responded very quickly. The place is very clean and pretty and you have everything you need and more. The jacuzzi and sauna were also great after a day of skiing. The only problem was that we couldn’t lock the door. Everything else was good.🤗
