A lovely spacious studio located on the sunniest corner of the grand building. A view to both Pirin and Rila mountains. A view from the studio of an angle, more than 180 degrees from North to West. Ideal flat for a nomad worker especially in the winter-time since the studio is bathed from the sun for the whole day. I stayed here for 2 months (December and January). The flat is located in the ground floor with immediate access to a lovely grass garden. Equipped with all cooking facilities and equipment to cook roast, fried or boiled food. The tea-boiler was not working, so I had to use the microwave to warm a bit the the drinking water. Full with a vast number of blankets, bed-sheets and towels enough for 1-4 persons. All were bright and clean. When I arrived was a problem with 2 not functioning heat convectors and Dan acted immediately, through telephone. I brand new big convector was bought and brought in the studio before the end of that day. No complains at all. I'd like toreturn.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The studio is well equipped and it was clean. Though the apartment faces the regional highway which is literally only 20 meters away. The noise was very disturbing.

Great place for both short and long stays, especially digital nomads. As per description, car is a must. Close to Bansko and hiking trails. Dan is helpful and responsive.

Clean, bright, and comfortable place. I strongly recommend it. Will be back one day again.
