We had a lovely time staying at James’ home. The house was clean and extremely homely. The kids were kept entertained with the games room and we loved the hot tub. It’s only a short walk into the seaside town where we enjoyed fish and chips. We can’t wait to return next year!

James' place is delightful. The house is beautifully appointed with everyone catered for. My daughter and her fiance particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine with pods provided. The hot tub was a favourite with the whole family. Most of us used it to chill and relax but for my granddaughter it was a wonderful warm play pool! The house is located well for Swanage and the surrounding area. The local Costcutter store is a short walk away as is the nearest Indian restaurant, pub and fish & chip shop. The house had all we needed for a lovely week's holiday and more. There were plenty of towels for the hot tub, the kitchen came with good supplies of tea, coffee, sugar etc and there was a welcome pack of biscuits and fresh milk. James was always available to answer questions but was not intrusive. This is by far the best Airbnb property I have stayed at. Very highly recommended.

First time using airbnb so wasn't sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Property is immaculate and well thought out - lots of mod cons, well supplied kitchen, and lots of attention to detail. It is clear that James cares about his guests and their comfort. We were only there for the weekend so didn't have time to try out the games room or the barbecue but the hot tub was very popular. Thanks, James. We hope to be back next year.

We had a fantastic week away, first time for us staying in a house and it was definitely the best option for us. The place was spotless and had everything you could wish for. Attention to detail and homely touches made it special. We will definitely stay here again next year!

A lovely home and space my sisters and the kids had a great time the garden is perfect and the games room. Was so handy to have extra towels out for us to use for the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again and close to town and the beach.
