Walking distance (~1.5 miles) from center of town. Numerous fast food and a good Chinese carryout within a few minutes of the place.

Great location, especially if you are visiting Ohio University! Dave's place had everything I needed for my stay!

It was fairly cheap, and pretty clean. But there a decent bit of bugs, and the bed sinks into the frame. All the way to the floor. Besides interior work needing to be done, it was pretty nice.

Efficient little place, just like shown in the pictures. Great location, especially if you are visiting OU.
