The property is in the newly developed community of Belle Vista in Pilon on just under 1 acre of lushly landscaped property that is adjacent to a wildlife corridor. Fresh fruits are all over the property. Enjoy picking bananas, plantains, pipas, guanabana, starfruit, and a variety of other seasonal fruits.

It's easiest for guest to have their own transportation but there is a public bus stop just a few minutes from the house. There are a couple of restaurants and a market nearby. Head a little further south towards Pavones to find a great bakery with a cappuccino machine.
The closest surf break is Pilon otherwise known as Saleas Point (Best kept secret in town). This is great for intermediate to advanced surfers. Beginners, longboarders and swimmers prefer beginners bay which is a 20-minute walk (5 minutes drive) from the house along the beach road just past the fishing village.
