This two-story home is nestled into a quiet area close to the beach, walking distance to the Punta Saleas Surf Break. The home is elevated on top of 25 concrete pilings with a feeling of a treehouse. The home has one bedroom and a half bath on the 2nd floor. One bedroom and one full bath on the 1st level. One full outdoor bath and shower on the 1st level garden area. We have recently remodeled. Air conditioning in the 1st level bedroom. There is a 360 degree covered, wrap-around veranda on the second floor overlooking the garden below.
