Watching the seasons change here has been amazing. The hospitality has been more than incredible. We consider this place and this family our home now :) Nothing better than that !!

We returned to our home away from home and got to witness the seasons change! We got to see how beautiful the kudzu was! We have fallen more and more in love with this cottage and never imagined this little hidden gem would make such an impact on our lives. We never want to leave! Thank you Mrs. Julie and your family for being so accommodating.

This is our third time back here and we can’t express how much we absolutely adore this cottage. You can tell Mrs. Julie and her family put a lot of love and TLC into the cottage. Each time we were welcomed with fresh eggs and water and snacks. The cottage is always so clean while also maintaining a very homey feel. I can’t express this enough- don’t think twice- book it!! You will not regret it. Nothing beats the sound of the Pacolet River, the sunrise in the morning, the birds chirping, the leaves falling, the horses neighing, the chickens clucking, and the overall great feeling you have when you are there. Make sure to visit Little Bradley Falls a couple miles down! The town of Tryon and Saluda close by is also very quaint with great restaurants and people. We already booked our next stay :) Yay! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house on this lovely farm and on the river, highly recommend! Julie was an excellent host and was very responsive to any question or need. The home was on a small farm with animals. We sat on the back deck and were able to listen to the river and watch a heron every morning. We really enjoyed the hot tub and this private setting. Great hiking nearby as well as small towns to explore. We definitely plan to come back!

The huse was a little small for the price but the hot tub made up for it.
