nice place, actually better in real life than the pictures, it's in an amazing location and a lively part of town. the electronic keypad for entry was good so no faffing with keys. perfect for us for a group of 6. would be good for a family as well.

Very central place to stay in Kemptown - so close to cafes and bars and also to the Pier. We had 2 dogs with us and it worked really well to take them to the beach and also having the outside area at the back. There were 5 of us and we really appreciated having the 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet; also the comfie beds and had enough nice seating downstairs to lounge around on. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and pans etc - but not the easiest place to cook, as little storage area for food. But lovely cafes and supermarkets a stone's throw away, plus a great vegan pizza restaurant and yummy takeaway fish and chips. We were there over Easter, so found the noise outside every night quite disturbing from the bars and clubs nearby. Marlena communicated really well and clearly with us always. Thank you.

Lovely cottage and really good for 4 adults and 2 children. Short walk to the beach and pier. In fact very good position for everything. Really enjoyed our weekend. Marlena was excellent host.

Fantastic location a couple of minutes walk from the Grand Pier. House was spotless and perfect for a family of 5.
