Idan was very responsive, pleasant and helpful. We had some initial concerns with cleanliness in a couple areas of the home, i.e. the overflowing outside trash and sticky kitchen floors and walls. Within minutes of our call about the trash and floors Idan had someone come to take care of the overflow and credited us a portion of our cleaning fee due to the sticky floors and walls in the kitchen. All other areas of the house were very clean. . This is a good basic rental that will supply your basic needs. the kitchen is well stocked. the furnishings are simple, basic and functional. If you are looking for privacy be aware three of the bedrooms are intererconnected and one has no doors as indicated on the reviews. This rental met our basic needs and we appreciated the hospitality and responsiveness of the host. Overall this was a good location for our wedding stay.

Very responsive, with detailed instructions that were helpful and informative! House had the space we needed for our group. Previous renter had smoked inside, which was not Idan’s fault but could have been communicated prior to arrival. Overall, we had a fun time!

Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und die Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit. Am ersten Tag hatten wir gleich gesehen das sehr sehr viele Hundehaare herumlagen und der Boden war nicht sauber. Wir waren mit unserem Baby unterwegs. Der Gastgeber hatte uns dann gleich einen Staubsauger geschickt und wir mussten uns einen Nasswischer kaufen weil diese in der Unterkunft sehr schmutzig waren. Der Nachbar hat gerne sehr spät in der Nacht im Auto telefoniert. Es gab einen Zug der sich jeder Nacht mehrmals sehr lautstark mit Sirenen meldete. Es wird für uns sicherlich kein zweites mal in diesem Haus geben.

Convenient for a visit with family that lives in the area. The first night there was an issue with the heat, but host was responsive and we were able to remedy the situation. The space heaters were convenient because the house does get chilly even with the heat working. Other than a neighbor speeding around and sliding his truck through the snow the area was nice.
