The home is located in "The Reserve" at Thousand Trails on Lake Conroe. From the front porch - you can enjoy the majestic sunsets over the lake. You can enjoy both a private screened-in back patio and/or a covered patio in the back yard. Nice and clean home for a weekend getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The grandkids loved playing mini golf, which was easily accessible....not to mention the food truck with funnel cakes and fried oreos! The home was extremely clean and met all our expectations. There are close by stores and restaurants, as well. And we truly appreciate how friendly and helpful Bruce was. If we're in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate staying here. Thank you so much for providing a reasonably priced stay in an exceptional community! Lani and Stacen

Wonderful stay everything was clean and so comfortable the bed was so comfortable and nice setup loved the screened porch where we spent most of our time loved the activities around the park would stay again super fun

Once on-site, you will have access to all Park Amenities;
- Boat Launch & Slips, a lit fish cleaning station.
- Well-lit Tennis, Basketball, and Pickleball courts. Also Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, and Miniature Golf with free equipment available at the clubhouse.
- Swimming Pool and Hot Tub (typically closed on Monday for cleaning).
- Beach with a Sand Volley Ball Court.
- There are scheduled games and activities at the clubhouse (Scan the QR
code when you come through the gate for the park schedule in real time).
There are clean bath houses scattered throughout the park should a pit stop be in order as you explore around the property.
Ice machine is located at the pavilion near the boat ramp, and vending machines inside the Clubhouse. As a Bonus - there are usually some great local food trucks on site most weekends.
Golf carts are available to rent from a couple of reputable sources, myself included.
