The concept is cool inside and out BUT like many other reviewers, the roosters next store are LOUD! The price is fairly reasonable considering other airbnbs however my personal experience was not the best. The grill utensils were dirty and the backyard needs maintenance. Additionally, you will hit your head when you get out of bed- the ceilings are fairly low. I had bugs coming in that were attracted by the lights on the ceiling. What makes it terrible is that the ceiling is low allowing the bugs to be near your face. There’s bug smears on the ceiling from previous guests killing the bugs. We had multiple bug bites throughout our nights. I contacted the host, David, but he didn’t seem to be interested or bothered. Of course, as a guest, I don’t appreciate that. When entering, the place had spider webs on the entry door and an old smell inside (assuming it hasn’t been booked in a while). With itchy bug bites, dirty utensils, and an uncooperative host, I would not recommend or come.

This tiny home was perfect for our family of 4. We have 2 tweens and they loved the loft! Plenty of outdoor space to host friends and for kids to run and play. The outdoor kitchen/grill area was such a bonus!! We enjoyed the bay and easy drive to the beach. We will definitely be returning! Excellent value for the area.

Had a great 2 night stay at David’s place for a girls weekend getaway. Super close to the water, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The beds (although in a loft) were extremely comfortable. We brought earplugs because we heard there were some roosters nearby and slept great. The event space in the backyard looked fantastic for a birthday/baby shower. Lots of parking, a treehouse and outdoor kitchen area. Thanks David!

The place was cozy inside and lots of outdoor space. It was a good place to lay our head down. However there is a very broken rooster next door that makes noise ALL night so really hard to get a peaceful night sleep. This may be for some but just wasn’t for us. Kids loved the place and enjoyed running around outside. It also didn’t appear to be cleaned very good. Dirty clothes (underwear and shirt) left in the stairs and the blankets for the pull out bed didn’t seem to be washed. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower outdoors. And the water inside was only very hot or cold.
