Loved this house and everything about it. she had staff included and a cook/mixologist if needed (for an extra cost). the only downside side to my experience was that it wasn’t stated that i would need an atv or off road truck to take us up and down the mountain. that would’ve been a big help i would’ve been able to plan ahead and rent one before hand and not the day of. other than that they had everything set up perfectly the house was beautiful and the rooms were clean and they were very helpful and even let us check in a couple hours early !

Stunning view! This home is close to town but feels like a world away. Very peaceful and quiet. The house is well equipped and a quick walk down to a lovely beach. April was very hot and the air conditioning in the bedrooms were much appreciated. Would definitely return. We love San Juan del Sur.

We had an amazing time with my family. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us and with everybody has had the honor and privilege to stay in the enchanting monkey house. Words cannot describe how amazing and beautiful your home is and we were bless to stay a couple of days. Yubran Lopez was amazing and helpful during our stay.

We have stayed in a few different houses in San Juan del Sur and this was our favorite. Amazing views, everything you need, extremely clean, gorgeous pool with bar, and an awesome home caretaker at your disposal. Dan sent very detailed information that was super helpful too!!

The most beautiful location we could’ve asked for. The decor and attention to detail in ever square inch was well appreciated. The pool was utilized daily and really made our stay. Youbran was incredibly helpful, kind, and his food was incredible!! The whole time we were there we couldn’t stop talking about how anywhere else we’d stay would be sub par compared to this paradise of a home. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to experience a luxury stay in the most beautiful location Nicaragua can have.
