Staying at Buttermilk Falls was the icing on the cake for our girls weekend getaway! It was perfect for 4 ladies to hang out, explore, and sleep! The cabin was so cozy and the amenities were such a special touch. The property is absolutely gorgeous and we had a wonderful time exploring. We headed to the local trail for a walk, visited wineries, ate at 3 restaurant in the area… and all were wonderful! We definitely want to come back in the fall to explore some more! Marsha gave detailed instructions, from check in to check out. The binder they have at the cabin answers practically any questions you would have. Marsha was very responsive and made sure we knew we could reach out to her at any time! It was all so perfect! Thank you Marsha & Gene for sharing your little peace of heaven with us!

This cabin was adorable and the grounds around it were stunning! The cabin is small but comfortable for our group of 4 adults. It is well appointed with everything we needed to make our meals. We traveled as a group of friends biking the local rail trails and enjoyed our stay very much. The driveway leads right up to the front door for easy unloading. We were very much off road and a bit secluded, which makes for a quiet, peaceful stay and also no worries about our bikes being safe out in the back of the car. They have a wood burning stove inside and a fire pit outside and they supply all you need to build a fire. We wish we would have stayed longer to fully appreciate the property. If your looking for a 5 star cabin getaway where you can unplug and truly “getaway, this is the place!!!! The setting is outstanding. Falls, swinging bridge, benches, paths, fire pits and more. I love that there is no internet or cell phone coverage on the immediate property. There is a land line for emergencies. You can do all you need to do 1 mile down the road. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds. Incredibly clean. High quality everything. Hosts were awesome! Extremely responsive.

Marsha and Gene's cabin and property are a dream come true! The stream and falls are even prettier than I could have imagined!!! There were so many lovely touches which made the stay extra enjoyable! 😊
