I loved staying at Tessa’s private room. Perfect if you need to commute to UP or want to try maginhawa restaurants. The room was clean and exactly as described; it also had good wifi. I will definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay! Tessa is a great and friendly host -- made sure all needs were met especially installing sink water filter and providing a gas stove to sub for the electric plate

The place was peaceful and very close to the subdivision gate which was great whenever I needed to ride a tricycle or simple go out and eat. The hosts were wonderful and the room was complete with what I needed!
