This house served our needs perfectly! Lovely, clean and comfortable. And waves to watch! We liked the location—a bit away from San Luis Obispo, but still close enough.

Cayucos was our family's first stop for spring break as we head north from Southern California. The house was perfect for our party of 5 with plenty of space and two full bathrooms. We appreciated the special little touches and condiments. A huge bonus for us was the use of the garage. We travelled with our four golf bags and able to park our F150 out of the sporadic showers. The location was central, as we planned to go to San Luis Obispo and Hearst Castle tour, we were very happy! Plus in the mornings we took a nice easy walk to the beach before sitting on the balcony and enjoying the amazing views and morning coffee. Thank you for the use of your home and we hope to visit again in the future.

Came down to visit my twin girls that go to Cuesta College with my husband and their older brother. We had an amazing stay the house was perfect for all of us. The location was fantastic and close to everywhere we wanted to go. I really would come back again and stay in this same place. Thank you Karen and Seth
