Such a beautiful community! Great pools, friendly onsite staff, and the apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our second stay at Pacifico and this year's accommodations were not as nice as the Condo we stayed in last year. Ants were a problem, the lack of window covering for the huge patio window as well as other window coverings not working properly. The main light in the master bedroom did not work. Janeths assistant came to try and fix some of our issues. Unfortunately the spray for the ants didn't work the Netflix thing didn't work in the living room, and the light needs an electrician. Janeth was responsive with every issue I told her about. Even though the attempts at fixing them did not work. The other thing I would suggest is to have a luggage rack to put your luggage on in the second bedroom or a dresser to put things in or even shelves in the closet to place things in that can't be hung. I don't think they would be costly upgrades just a suggestion. We appreciate Janeths efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved Janeth’s condo. Wish we had more than 2 days… next time we’ll book a longer stay. We like to walk so it takes about 10m to get to beach or you can take the shuttle that is offered

Janeth’s place was located centrally in Coco with many restaurants and pools within walking distance. Her place was clean and spacious with everything needed to cook at home. The large supermarket was also within Pacífico making it convenient for groceries with lots of selection.

The condo is in a very large community. It is a few minutes walk to the pools. The building is close to the front gate. it is about 5 minutes to walk to the grocery store and strip where all the restaurants and shops are located. About 15-20 minutes to the beach but we preferred hanging out at the pools. Lots of loungers around the pools. The condo is quite nice, there was a cooler and pool floaties which was great. Kitchen well equipped and fridge with filtered water and ice so no need to buy bottled water. A/C was great in all rooms. The bed was the only negative as it was tilted and hard. My husband couldn't sleep on the bed as too uncomfortable. It would be wonderful if there was a new mattress. Janeth provided Netflix and Disney. She responded in a few minutes when we told her the Netflix wasn't working and provided a solution. Overall it is a good place to stay. There is an option to rent a golf cart to drive around the condo community and down to the beach.
