It’s a clean modern home with all things covered. The caveats are that the hallway is rather narrow—barely has enough room for two regular people to pass by—and there’s only one bathroom. I’d avoid this house if you have mobility issues. Plus the wall is thin, so be careful if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, there are many small restaurants, izakaya, drug stores, and convenience stores around the corner. And the house is just two stations away from Shinjuku. Great location for a price. If you’re looking to explore Tokyo in a small group, this house is perfect for you. I have no regret in picking this lovely place.

We loved staying at Kazumi’s property. It was in a nice quiet area, still accessible to everything, and it was a fantastic base for our 2 weeks in Tokyo. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well set up with everything we needed

A great Airbnb for our stay in Tokyo. While the apartment isn’t overly central and close to the local train stations, it made up for this in space within the apartment. We also loved the convenience of having a 7/11 almost at our doorstep as we were able to purchase almost any supplies that we needed. The apartment itself was very cosy and comfortable for our group of 4. The living area was nice and spacious and contained everything we needed. The bathroom was a little bit trickier to navigate as there wasn’t any bench space to keep things dry while showering but was otherwise fine for what we needed. The bedrooms were cosy but enough and the beds themselves were very comfortable to sleep in. Our hosts were accommodating and informative which made our stay very pleasant.

Kazumi-san is very responsive and helpful. Lots of restaurants and places to eat and drink at walking distance, 7/11 around the corner, very convenient place to stay 10 mn walk from Hatagaya Metro Station. Very Great location in a typical Japanese city house perfect to dive a the real Japanese Tokyo life. All together very nice to stay there.
