Make your way to the first level of this grand, historic building and feel instantly at home as soon as you step inside. From the ornate windows and the original hardwood floors to the fully stocked coffee bar and the soft fluffy bathrobes – a Kansas City experience all in itself. Unwind after a day spent shopping at the Country Club Plaza or catching the game at Arrowhead in the club style lounge as you stream all the latest on the wall mounted Smart TV or just sit back with a drink or two of an afternoon surrounded by friends. We were traveling to KC with a group of people and had reserved the first floor unit. A couple weeks before our arrival, more decided to join us, and I reached out to Nareman and she quickly locked in the second floor unit for us as well! The building is very cool, in a very convenient location... and it's beautifully decorated. Everything worked out wonderfully... and we are already planning to reserve all three units for next year's tournament!

Pro's - The house itself was great. Rooms were as described and well appointed. The house was clean and cozy and the relation to the city's hotspots couldn't have been better (5 minute Uber to most attractions). Nareman really was an amazing host. Super responsive to requests and did everything she could to make our stay a good as possible. She provided a toaster over and extra towels within an hour of request. She really was great. With regard to improvements, there was no stove in the kitchen, only a small two burner hotplate (could only use one burner at a time due to size). The neighborhood itself left a little more to be desired as there were a few homeless people lingering about from time to time across the street at the gas station and in the vacant lot next to the adjacent house. Never felt unsafe per se but just a little undesirable. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks Nareman!

We had a lovely stay at Nareman’s beautiful historic home in KC! Exactly as illustrated in the listing, it served its purpose of a one-night stay for a wedding on the plaza perfectly. If you are looking for a quiet stay, it may be a little noisy at night as it sits on a Main Street but it was helpful they had noise machines in the bedrooms. Other than that, the host was quick to respond and we loved the extra little touches the place had: flowers, bath bombs, etc.
