House was perfect for my large group as bedrooms were big and entire house had plenty of space. The water worked great as all showers had hot water. Speakeasy room made for a fun night of having drinks, playing pool and shuffleboard. Each night before we went out, we met/gathered downstairs in the double living rooms. On our final night we moved our group to the top floor which had a nice laid out living room and a second kitchen. House is very spacious, clean and comfortable bedding and pillows. Location was great for all of our activities as 8 minutes from power and light district and freeway was close to go to Arrowhead stadium. We will definitely rent this house again and highly recommend for large groups as the size and layout was perfect.

The house is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. The beds are actually comfortable, which is rare! This booking is well worth the money, especially for a larger group. Pictures are accurate, but it's even more amazing in person. I will definitely book again for a special occasion. I can't quit saying enough great things about this home. It really is amazing!

This is a spectacularly beautiful home to stay in. Plenty of room for our large group of family and friends to enjoy. We appreciated the multiple places to gather (and to separate for needed alone time). Beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to cook in, and we loved the extras (like the pool table!). This home made our visit to Kansas City all the better!
