We went to stay at Orchard house to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. The house was beautiful and we had such a lovely welcome with Prosecco on ice waiting for us on arrival. It was a 10 out of 10 stay, would definitely return.

Amazing house! Perfect for a family New Year celebration. There was plenty of space for us all. The boys loved watching football on the large tv and the sound system. Great location for a trip to Durham and Seaham, for a new years day walk on the beach. The house meet all our needs with the bonus of a lovely restaurant in the hotel next door.

What an amazing way to spend Christmas. We arrived to a cold bottle of Prosecco chilling for us in an immaculate house. The kitchen floor was heated and there was loads of break out area and a huge table for food. We messaged the host with a couple of questions during the stay and he responded straight away. The hotel outside the back gate helped up with a high chair and anything we needed! 100% 5 star treatment 😍

Great stay for groups! Loads of big open spaces for socialising :)

Ideally sitiated for family group for wedding at the hotel, such that we could bring the dogs and pop back to see them during the day. Great space with a big kitchen hub and also quiet spaces.
