We stayed at the caboose one night for the Kentucky defender three day horse show. This place was about 40 minutes away from the horse park and exactly as described. The instructions for checkin were spot on and after a long day in the elements and miles of walking it was great to walk into a clean cool place. It was fun to check place and the family had dinner together while watching a movie before bed in the common area. Our daughter loved the fold down bunk beds. The little touches on the railway glasses and lantern lamps made great features.

What a fantastic experience. When I found the caboose I was super excited and it did not disappoint. Cozy inside with all the amenities needed and a great outdoor space. We grabbed a bundle of firewood and sat outside by the built in firepit all night. I'd go back here anytime during our next trip through bourbon country.

Kim & Ryan have a fabulous country spot! The train was comfortable and cozy! I was so excited to find this treasure and it lived up to our expectations. For us it was even more special as it was situated closely to where my cousin lived in Lawrenceburg. They are wonderful hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when visiting my cousin or the area. Thank you for your hospitality!
