This beauty boasts direct beach access, quality furnishings, a bright interior, and expansive deck. The extra spacious deck allows for comfortable outdoor living. Lounge in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or even have a snack all while marveling at the endless ocean views. Follow your private boardwalk straight down to the golden sand and blue water. Enter the property through the foyer, with two single-car enclosed garages, a rare find on the island. This level features two bedrooms sharing one full bathroom with dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. For your entertainment convenience, each bedroom also features its own TV and DVD player. The second floor is home to the living area. Here is where the family will gather together, chatting, laughing, and creating new memories. Abundant natural light streams in from the many windows. The living room features a large, butter-soft leather sectional, with a cooling ceiling fan, soft recessed lighting and a TV, perfect for watching favorite shows, sporting events or the long-awaited blockbuster movie. In the dining room, you'll find two round dining tables accommodating a total of 10 people. The kitchen has everything needed to create the family's favorite meals and snacks, including a full complement of appliances in black, plenty of cabinets and a breakfast bar seating three. The third floor is home to more bedrooms. Here, you'll find two separate bedroom suites. The primary bedroom, with its dramatic barrel ceiling, gorgeous ocean views, TV and ceiling fan. With a romantic sleigh bed, this is a true sanctuary. The luxurious ensuite bathroom boasts dual vanities, a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in tiled shower. There is also a mini-fridge in this bedroom. The last bedroom suite shares the same barrel ceiling and boasts two beds, a chaise lounge, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting and its own TV and DVD player. Enjoy a fabulous oceanfront vacation at this gem of a home in the coveted Ocean Ridge community. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cable/internet failed on Thanksgiving day. Spectrum came out the next day and home electrical system went haywire when they unhooked the ground wire from their equipment (should have had no impact on the home). Power surges ensued that blew out ~10 can lights, burned wires in at least one light fixture and fried AV receiver. From there, multiple visits from handyman, electrician who declared victory on fixing the problem multiple times - huge invasion of our privacy and ruined our Friday and Saturday of thanksgiving weekend. After each visit, spectrum called back, tested the home and declared it unsafe to work on. Handyman was shocked unplugging garage door opener motor. Felt unsafe and expressed the same to Vacasa. Vacasa was not solution oriented and ignored our communications after we said we felt trapped. I will never stay in a Vacasa managed home again. I would be very careful about renting this home until there is full assurance that significant electrical system issues fixed
Great location, nice neighborhood. House was nice but could use new beds and couches. Cleaning was surface only. This IS NOT a true Air BNB listing, so very sparse amenities such as paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. The MBR suite was nice aside from the large window overlooking the ocean. While it was spectacular, especially at night, it allows absolutely NO privacy and gets extremely hot. Definitely could use some window covering to provide some privacy and cooling effect. All in all, nice vacation. Great location, plenty of room to spread out.

I was surprised that there was no hand soap in all the bathrooms. Despite that it was a great stay beautiful view and well worth the money. So glad we went.
Beach House Paradise!! Pictures very accurate. The view was outstanding and you can hear the waves crashing from inside the house. We took in every sunrise and sunset. If you need an amazing beach vacation ,Top Sail Beach is the place for you !!! Be warn Vacasa only supplies the bare minimum with regards to toilet paper / dish soap / garbage bags etc. We only had four guest and ran out of toilet paper. Customer service told us we had to go shopping to get more. Bing extra supplies. Thank goodness we had brought Saran Wrap / aluminum foil / tissue/ spices. Place was only surface cleaned. Vents / pictures frames / plastic plants look like they have not been cleaned in awhile. We found crackers and toys under couches and beds. Just not up to the standards of other Airbnb we have booked. You deal with Vacasa Homes and people at front desk not the warmest greeting. Although the customer service online was amazing !!!
