We had a pleasant stay at this property. Emily was very responsive host and provided helpful instructions. We were a party of 6 and spent several weeks in this lovely home, in a quiet area. The house is spacious, there is a large dining area for family dinners. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We would go back. Some things to keep in mind - there are 4 bedrooms but there is only one shower in the downstairs bathroom. This might require coordination between guests. The water pressure is a bit low, particularly if the laundry machine is on or if someone is using the kitchen sink. We were able to coordinate and it was not a problem for us. Elderly people and small children might find it a bit difficult to go upstairs, the stairs are quite steep. It was not an issue for us because grandparents and grandchildren slept downstairs. The stairs to the basement (where the laundry is) are even steeper and potentially dangerous for small kids. Caution is advisable.

This is a great location and Emily was a great host. Quiet neighborhood, abutting conservation land on one side, not quite close enough to Main Street and the dock to be walkable but quiet, clean and comfortable. Have already rebooked for next year!
