The only problem for us was that the place was advertised as having "two bedrooms" and "four beds". In fact there was one bedroom (with a door) and a loft with three beds. The loft was open to the rest of the living space. We had intended to invite a couple -- long time friends -- to stay with us for a night or two, but not being able to offer them their own bedroom made this impossible. A clearer description of the premises would have been much appreciated.

Camp Bagaduce was such a lovely spot! The house was so well equipped and so cozy! The sunsets were great! We loved the water views! There is so much to do in the area. The proximity to Tinder Hearth was so handy (and dangerous). We would love to come back! Thank you!!

Beautiful, new home right on the banks of the Bagaduce River. Quiet, lovely and such a responsive host. A great spot to get away, with easy access to lots of wonderful day trips to towns like Stonington (don't miss the puffin tour!), Blue Hill, Brooklin, Ellsworth and Bar Harbor.

Beautiful house and property. Stunning river views from wall of windows on both floors, and charming stairs down to water’s edge. Great kitchen and living spaces, pretty extensive pantry. Great communication from hosts, thoughtful welcome gifts for coffee drinkers and pups. Would definitely stay again!
