Very nice house, very reasonable price had everything we needed as a base to see Suffolk.

A lovely new-build home at a quiet end of a current housing development (work on which doesn't encroach at all either visually or sound-wise; we're quite sensitive to this and there was no issue whatsoever). This is probably the best-equipped AirBnB we've ever stayed in - every cooking device and utensil is there, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (that uses pods - all supplied), big TV, games, etc. plus a very nice welcome pack. All conveniences are brand new. The 2 main bedrooms have huge, very comfy beds. The other bedroom has 2 x singles we didn't use. The lounge is a good size. There's a downstairs loo as well as a family bathroom (with bath) and an en-suite in the front bedroom. There's also some really nice artwork around the house. We've stayed in cottage-type places around the area before and they're absolutely tiny ('quaint', presumably), and anyone who walks past can see right into them. This is the opposite - modern, spacious, comfortable. Don't hesitate.
