Valta Realty was founded in 2016 by Jing Zhou, PhD, who started managing her own properties after realizing there is shortage of quality property managers. With 20 years of experience in academia, entrepreneurship and real estate, Dr. Zhou envisioned a hospitality & property management company that would utilize data/tech, high quality interior design and dedicated & caring hosts to give guests the best experience. Over the past 6 years, Dr Zhou gradually built a high-quality team of educated & efficient stay-at-home Moms & Dads. 80% of team members have post graduate degree. We currently provide end-to-end full service on vacation rental and corporate housing management for 30+ properties, including in-house staging&setup, photography, listing management on 90% of hospitality market, data analysis, preventative maintenance&repairs, and professional bookkeeping.
