We stayed here with our 2 young children and had a great experience! We loved being so close to the beach, made it so easy to let our older one spend the whole day at the beach while being able to bring our infant back to the house. Felt right at home, place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again!

Beautiful home and perfect location for convenient beach access. Home comes fully equipped with all beach necessities and the hosts were extremely friendly and responsive!

We had a great stay at Andrew & Melody’s place! It’s as described & pictured. The location is perfect - right at the corner of 1st & directly across from the beach & beach access. The beach chairs, umbrellas & kids’ beach toys were great to have. We enjoyed their local dining recommendations - a few favorite spots were The Local for weekend brunch, Southern Grounds & Co for coffee & quick bites & Dockside at the Jax Beach boat ramp for fresh seafood. Our stay was comfortable & enjoyable & we’d book it again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is even nicer than it looked in the pictures and a super short, convenient walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed from everyday amenities to all your beach day needs. The property, it's proximity to the beach, and the towns around it make this a 5-star home.

Had a lovely week-long stay at Andrew and Melody's home. We appreciated the great communication leading up to our trip and the welcoming touches once we arrived. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed, and exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed being just a block's walk from the beach. Would gladly stay here again next time we are back in Jacksonville Beach.
