This place is fantastic. The location is perfectly situated to quickly hop on JTB, drive down to St. Augustine, or head up to all the local beach hot spots. You can easily walk across the street to great restaurants, coffee, retail shops, and Whole Foods. The beach location is great because it is located far enough down that it doesn't get overrun with tourists or people driving from town to go to the beach. The place itself is terrific. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well appointed and easy to work in, the place itself just feels like you're at home. You can easily walk to the beach or hop in the pool. We are thrilled we found AlexandBrandy's place.

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. The location was perfect, only 20 steps from the condo to a private beach access. The beach was so beautiful and not crowded. It was wide and great for walking and shelling. The property was quiet, safe, and well cared for. Short drive to several grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We rented bikes at the pier and it was easy and safe to ride them on the sidewalks and street near the condo. The condo was spotless and was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and appliances. It had plenty of space for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. It was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Alex was a responsive host and very helpful. We can't wait to return to this condo sometime in the future!

The condo was absolutely amazing, everything was excellent from location, comfort, size, appliances, TVs, Internet, etc. It was very easy communicate with Alex and Brandy and they were very helpful and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable as was the sofa. They really did a great job with the redesign of the unit. It looks professional, very clean. Everything was first class. We absolutely would come back and stay here again. It felt like home.

If you’re looking for a perfect location in Jax Beach or Ponte Vedra, Alex and Brandy’s home is ideal. The beach is right outside your door and located in a safe, walkable location with excellent dining options (i.e. 11 Street South) just a few blocks away.

Highly recommend this beachfront property. While you can’t see ocean from inside unit, the beach access is just a few steps out the patio door and you are on the beach! Plenty of towels, beach chairs, seating, tvs… extremely clean. Check in and check out was super easy. Parking was at the front door with extra guest spaces close by if needed. Thanks for a great stay.
