Kims place was amazing. Easy to find location, close to the town center and shopping, great views, and well stocked. The kids loved the pool. The rooms were plenty big and the kitchen was very functional. Kim was very easy to communicate with and gave some great ideas for things to do on the island. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kim's place! It is a great home with a lovely pool and has everything you could possibly need while on vacation. Kim was an awesome host who was very responsive on any questions we had and had lots of great recommendations as well. She also makes the best banana bread I've ever had as part of a really nice welcome basket :) We already can't wait to go back to St John and will absolutely stay here next time again! Thank you Kim, we miss being there already!

Our stay in the Mango Villa was awesome! Very spacious for a family of 5 and we especially loved the large shaded porch that overlooked the island. The property was nice and quiet, pool was amazing and the kids especially loved the fresh coconuts that were cut down for us to enjoy; what a treat! Kim was so responsive and super helpful with all of our questions. Can’t wait until next time!

Great stay up in the hills on St. John. Location was perfect and view was beautiful. Kim was an excellent and accommodating host.

Kim was absolutely amazing. We arrived strangers and felt like we left as friends. We couldn’t get our rental car until the day after we arrived, and Kim offered to give us a ride to dinner for the same fee as a taxi. We actually ended up inviting her to join us and just paid for her meal. We learned a lot about the island from her. She was easily accessible (lives on property), super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed! Our one and only minor ‘complaint’ was the ac in the second bedroom is super loud, but she did say that she needs to replace it soon. My kids are hot sleepers and couldn’t sleep without it on, but it was so loud that it kept waking them up. BUT like I said, Kim mentioned that she is aware. The condo is stocked with linens, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, kitchen is also stocked so cooking is possible! Also a grill on the patio that we used! Thank you for hosting us Kim, we will be back!! Thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here.
