Once again, we had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse. The views are beautiful, especially from the upstairs bedrooms. Betsy is always helpful and responsive; whatever we needed (which wasn’t much, just a little wood for the outside fireplace) was there in a minute. The kitchen is compact but with all the necessities and the outside fireplace on the big covered porch is so nice on a rainy fall afternoon.

Amazing spot. I could have stayed on the porch the entire vacation. The house itself was perfect and very clean. Attention to detail was great, even had fresh cut flowers throughout. Already scheduling our return.

This house is the stuff dreams are made of. Forget venturing out into Kennebunkport, going out to dinner, exploring the Maine coast—once you check in you’re not going to want to leave the property. We had a magical weekend watching, listening, experiencing the ocean around us. And Betsy is a wonderful host—the house came with fresh flowers, a personalized welcome note, wine, fresh pastries and everything you could want for a stay over. We can’t wait to return!

Our host, Betsy, was a reflection of the house she offered us: Classy, warm and friendly. She was responsive and eager to answer our questions. And best of all, she made sure there was enough firewood for the wonderful porch fireplace. Knowing she was just a text away made our stay all the more enjoyable. We can’t wait to go back next year!
