My family yearly trip to Wells was wonderful. Everyone loved the home and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home was comfortable and cozy. Great home over all for a family get away. We just love the location of the home. We walked to the beach to watch to sunrise, and walked to the nearby arcade. There are no side walks on the roads, however drivers are very cautious about pedestrians. The home had everything we need to prepare our meals and we all enjoyed the fire-pit in the backyard one night. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were a few areas of the home that need extra cleaning when I arrived and I notified the host who address this issue quickly. My only dislike was the main entrance of the home, which is on the ground floor. It was raining when we checked in and the main entrance with the coded door was in a very wet location under the second floor porch. There was no landing point to place wet shoes. Over all we enjoyed our family time.

The location was absolutely wonderful! Our family immediately felt at home. The beds, amenities, gathering space, and convenient location couldn’t be beat. Our time there simply ended too soon. It was a little slice of paradise for us and a delightful place to spend our first experience in the gorgeous state of Maine. Thanks!

We truly enjoyed staying here. The beach that is more in walking distance is a pebble beach not a sand beach but still just as beautiful and was just as much fun the local sand beach it’s not far we did leave some children’s beach toys for future guess and for some reason we could not get the lights to work in the downstairs bedroom, but all in all this is a wonderful place to stay. The communication is great and we will definitely read this again.

Great house in a great location. Close to everything while being off the beaten path. Perfect for our family weekend.
