You are going to love this Wells Beach house, with decks galore! This house features a huge deck on the Atlantic Ocean side and two on the beautiful estuary side of the home. Hence the name the “Best of Both Worlds”. Located directly across from access to Wells Beach's public walkway #10. Come and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. Jan. 2024: Our calendar is up to date. We have one week available in August and six nights in September. We pay 100% of your Airbnb fee. This house is perfect for family and friends to come together for a wonderful beach vacation. The house is three stories with a bathroom and bedroom on each level. There is outdoor dining on the ocean side and also on the estuary side of the house. This house is unique in that there are no houses behind us, and we have a wonderful view of the ocean which is across the street. We are located directly across from public walkway #10. We have ample parking for 6 cars, two in the garage and four in the driveway. We provide just about everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. This includes beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games, boogie boards, beach wagon, and tons of sand toys. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could need. We have all the essentials for a lobster dinner out on the front deck. You just have to get the lobsters. We have a crockpot, electric griddle, blender, small food processor, hand mixer, sauce pots, lobster pot, frying pans and probably more. We have a Weber grill out on the deck with propane for your use. If there is anything special you need, just send us an email to see if we have it there. One thing we do not provide is sheets for the beds. We do provide clean blankets, pillows, and bedspreads for each bed. There is 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins (trundle bed), 2 roll aways (twin sized), and 2 pull out sofas (queen sized). If you are traveling from out of state and you need linens, there is a rental service, Cottage Linens, that can deliver linens for you. We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We do ask that you put them in the washer and have them in the dryer before you check out. That is a big help to us to have them started before our cleaning process begins. We provide trash bags, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and hand soap. We get you started with some paper towels and toilet paper, but we do suggest you bring some for the rest of your week. Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Saturday at about 6:30am. We suggest that you put your trash out on Monday night and also right before you check out on Friday. Since our check-in day is Friday, there will be trash in the large cans out by the road. We kindly ask that you bring those trash cans inside the garage after the Saturday pick-up. We ask all guests checking out to remove all of the trash from inside the house. Please empty all of the trash cans from the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and put into a large bag inside the barrels in the garage.
