Our family stayed here while visiting family in Maine. There was a total of 5 adults and 5 children and more than enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. The location was perfect for the kids as it is right on the beach but the water is calm so you aren’t worried about the waves taking one of the children with them! The house is extraordinary and beautiful inside and out. The work Erin and her husband have put into this home is unmatched. Erin stayed in the bottom space two of the nights and meeting her made everything come together as she is the sweetest and most welcoming person. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We will use this home for all our return visits indefinitely. Thank you Erin for having us in your beautiful home!

Beautiful home (inside and out)in excellent location. The bay is right out the back door and the ocean is just across the street. Restaurants and grocery store close to the house. Kids loved the slide from the patio to the sand/water and their own huge bedroom upstairs. Plenty of space for multiple families. Wonderful house, will definitely be returning!

Erin's communication was great. The home has two units and plan to share some common space. You only have access to one kitchen. The house is outdated but that was clear from booking. The location is great especially for families. The Bay is literally out your backdoor and it is a great place for kids to play and catch animals- which my daughter did most of the trip. The ocean is across the street. We cooked all meals there and no need to drive/park for the ocean.
