Overall, my stay was enjoyable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. However, it would have been even better if there was an AC in the living room. Additionally, the bathroom door locks were faulty, which was inconvenient. Another minor issue was that the bedroom windows were not fully sealed, causing disturbance from the wind. These are minor concerns that I hope the host will address for future guests' comfort.

Great location right in Condado beach. Everything was very walkable to the place. The place was very clean and Ana responded right away.

Awesome location and very well appointed. We had a fantastic spring break trip - 2 dads and 2 18 year old daughters. Super close to beach and great restaurants. Just FYI parking in the garage is very tight - you need a smaller car.

This condo is in a perfect location in Condado Beach area. Loved walking the large beach and having many restaurant options in area. Riding scooters into Old Town was so fun- safe and easy path the entire way. The is A LOT of very loud street noise almost continually, but that is the trade off for staying on Ashford Avenue. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. So nice to have parking with the condo.

Awesome place and would definitely stay there again. Super clean, great location and the responsiveness was on point!
