Everything was just as described. We had a slight issue and Justin took care of us immediately. The only thing we found that needs attention is the outdoor grill and a few more bath towels would make this outstanding. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay the neighborhood was perfectly placed for what we needed. I had no issues walking to the beach, even with a healing broken ankle. I would definitely stay here again.
Second trip here and it keeps getting better! My family truly enjoyed our second annual vacation at “Family Tides”. The house is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Bright, clean and has all of the amenities you typically need and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes and bakeware. Brand new kitchen appliances. Plenty of counter space and very large dining table for gathering to eat, socialize or play family games. The screened in porch is one of our favorite places to hang out when we want to stay inside at night but feel the cool breeze and smell the salty air and just relax. The pool and hot tub are always a hit. Everything you could need to take to the beach is already there for you. We loved that there were corn hole boards added this year too! The host, Justin, is always responsive, kind and helpful from booking until even after our stay has ended. I cannot say enough good things about Family Tides! We hope to see you again next year!

Our family spent an extended stay at Justin's place in OBX. It was exactly as advertised and pictured. There were thoughtful touches waiting for us, beach towels, sunscreen, and plenty of toys and pool/beach gear to use. Communication with Justin was easy, with prompt replies and quick action on a couple of minor items that came up during our stay. Overall this was a great spot and space for our family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to stay! Thank you again for everything, Justin!
