House was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. We have older children so it was great having 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The infinity pool was warm and the beach was incredible!

Wasn’t enough towels. The washer was broken and ripped clothing due to the agitator fragmenting, also, the dryer took multiple cycles to completely dry even small loads. We complained about this and they said they would send a tech out, but no one ever showed or called back. The pool was ice cold all week, and the pool area was completely shaded before 3pm everyday. The hot tub was nice until it ran out of chlorine 1/2 way though the week, couldn’t find any to refill the reservoir. We noticed a couple leaks in the ceiling during heavy rain. The second, and fourth floors stayed pretty hot. However, the kitchen was fully loaded with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and having a second refrigerator made cooking a breeze. If the washer and dryer weren’t broken and destroyed some of our clothing we could’ve looked past everything else and given 4-5 stars.

Great location, great bedroom layout - with almost all bedrooms having their own bathroom. Super convenient access to a beautiful beach. Hot tub was perfect for the cold off-season. Be aware that, like any multi-story beach house, there are a lot of stairs. The house is not new and luxurious, but it is comfortable and well laid out for a large group.
