First the location/ house were very nice. But before we even arrived we had problems with Vacasa. The pool was advertised can be heated for 60.00 a day. So I messaged them and said I wanted the pool heated. Vacasa messaged and asked how many days. I said I would like the heat for the first 5 days of our stay. I then get a bill for almost 500 dollars. I called and the very unprofessional Vacasa agent said no you have to pay for all days of your stay. I pointed out that’s not what the listing or Vacasa own message say. The guy was like oh well. I called air bnb and they agreed with me. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly couple days to fix. Elevator stopped with myself inside I was able to get out with assistance of a family member. Vacasa sent their repair man who couldn’t fix it. They sent an elevator repairman the next day. The next night I had to be taken to the hospital. When the medics went to use the elevator it wouldn’t work. There were a few nice people with Vacasa that helped.

We enjoyed a family reunion for 13 people over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. That helped a lot because we cooked all meals in the house. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, balcony, and TV. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and movie room. There was a Redbox at the Food Lion around the corner that we rented movies from. It was nice having a grocery store so close too. The fourth floor had a spectacular view! We could see the ocean from every window. Fantastic time!

Great house for a large group. Would recommend packing own shampoo/conditioner and soap as we didn’t have any in most of the bathrooms during our stay. Loved the double ovens and dishwashers! House was clean and kitchen well stocked. If you have a hard time sleeping on firm spring mattresses I’d recommend bringing a mattress topper from home! And an eye cover as the sun comes in at 5:30AM in the summer. Overall we had a great stay!

Great stay. The pictures don’t do it justice as there is just so much more this house offers. When needing help to reset the hot-tub they immediately responded. I would have appreciated a different form of them entering the property maybe with a call of some sort as they just came in and I didn’t even notice they made the fix until hours later but still was awesome how they did it so quickly. The house is just a few blocks from clean beaches and several places to eat and spend time. More so during the open season though. My family of 12 enjoyed the stay and fit perfectly in the home!
