The view and accommodations were amazing and Josue was responsive, friendly, and we felt well-cared for during our stay thanks to him. The area is safe and there are many shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Would not hesitate to book again.

John's place is in a fantastic location in Quepos with a small market literally next door. We LOVED Aqua Azul for fresh seafood and Emilio's Cafe and Cafe Milagro for awesome breakfasts. It was even walkable to La Mariposa hotel where we purchased a day pass and enjoyed the pool and drinks. The views were so great of the sunset from the pool that we canceled our dinner reservation at Le Papillon, the hotel's famous restaurant. It was very convenient that the housekeeper was able to wash and dry our laundry as well. The space was very adequate for 2 people and would probably be fine for a small family as there are 2 beds in the bedroom and the swinging bed in the living room which acts as the sofa. The mattresses could use updating but didn't negatively affect our stay. Highly recommend.

John was an amazing host from the beginning. Checked in to see what our needs were before we arrived. John helped us with our luggage and gave SOOO many great local recommendations. The location is great, the view is spectacular. We would LOVE to come back someday!

The pictures do not do it justice! The swinging bed looks right out to the ocean. Beautiful sunset, beautiful sunrise. You can see capuchins and spider monkeys. You see macaws. And there is a little lizard friend that is on the roof every morning! You can walk to some of the best restaurants and Cafe Milagro opens at 6am and has the best coffee. Yosué helped plan all of our excursions and called you a taxi whenever you needed it and made sure the shuttle to the airport was on time. He was AMAZING and a life saver! If I could give this place 10000 stars I would. BOOK IT! Do not hesitate!

Fantastic place - brilliant views (including iguana, monkeys, macaws…), really good a/c, all amenities. Restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc all within 1 minute’s walk. Proactive and responsive communication with Yosue - basically a full concierge service! When we needed a doctor recommendation, Yosue was immediately ready to help. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
