The steep and narrow wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom in the pitched roof complete with walk in wardrobe and mezzanine reading snug. The second bedroom is off the hallway on the ground floor and at the rear of the property a large modern kitchen diner and full bathroom provide all the comforts of home. A large deck with BBQ and seating and mature planting around the lawn frame a view of Mount Campbell in the Kahurangi mountain range - the perfect view for stunning sunsets in this beautiful region of New Zealand.
