This was such a beautiful spot. The teeny house was perfect for my needs. They have done a great job making a small space feel very homey and comfortable and provided everything I needed including drinking water and soaps, etc. I would definitely come back here again.
Lovely surroundings with a creek to explore and outbuilding in which to practice my Qigong. I was there on a day that day and night temperatures were in the 65-72 degree area and was quite comfortable in the little trailer.
I do not recommend the Teensy Trailer for the price. First the good: the hosts were friendly and responsive. The property was nice, although the trailer is close to a somewhat busy road. The bed was fine. Now the bad: the pictures didn’t quite convey how small this was. I had to wedge myself in sideways to get in, and I’m not a large person. I had to leave my suitcase in the car, it wouldn’t fit, which necessitated going back and forth in the rain. The bathroom was separate, shared, and down a trail - not far, but they need to make that much more explicit in the listing. The sink in the trailer had a pump fixture that wasn’t nailed down properly and was awkward to use. The whole thing was awkward and uncomfortable. Finally, It’s far too small and uncomfortable of a space for the price. I recommend they either drop the price or just stop renting this out. It’s not a livable space.
Great spot. Skip & hop away from downtown Ashland. Nice property. Great amenities. Great washroom. Teeny house, but loaded with the necessities & more. I'm 6'3" & it worked fine for me. Recommend.

Safe and tucked away in a quiet and grassy corner, this space is an opportunity to retreat, yet is only 5 minutes away from the Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park, Noble Coffee, and a number of breweries, restaurants, and unique shopping in downtown Ashland. On Saturdays, you can get a taste of the Rogue Valley Growers Market from March through November at 101 Oak Street!
Oak Street Meadows is right on Oak Street which takes you straight into downtown Ashland in 3 minutes by car, 20 minutes walking, or an 8 minute bike ride.
Although we are not on a transit route, we do have a bike you are welcome to use if you'd like get around without a vehicle.
